Precaution Measures Against COVID-19

Entrance – Arrival Guests

• Single-use masks and gloves as well as hand sanitizer are provided.
• Steam-disinfection for luggage.
• Signed floor to avoid staying in groups.
• Hotel’s policy and construction plan against COVID-19.
• Sanitiser provided in key public areas. (front desk, elevators etc)

Reception

• Warm welcoming without handshaking but with smiling eyes.
• Glass protection shield has been installed.
• Hand sanitizers are provided.
• Check-in procedure with gloves and contactless.
• P.O.S. cleaning after every single use.
• Keys and Electricity Cards are disinfected before handing out as well as all the remoter for the air conditioner.
• Cash gets disinfected as well.

Common spaces

• Hand sanitizers are provided.
• Regularly cleaning with visible cleaning plan.
• Health protocols against COVID-19 and the hotel’s policy instructions.
• Big bins for used towels and bed-linen.

Pool area

• Hand sanitizers are provided.
• Sunbeds are placed every 2 meters and gets disinfected after every use.
• Taking a shower before and after the pool is a must.
• The maximum number of using the adult pool is 10.
• The maximum number of using the whirlpool is 1.
• The maximum number of using the children pool is 2.
• Minors must be supervised at all times by their parents.
• The measurement of chlorine residue in the water of swimming pools is done chromatographically by the DPD method (Diethylparafenylodiamine) and its value ranges between 0.4 and 0.7 mg / l. The residual chlorine value is 1- 3 mg / l.

Pool Bar

• Hand sanitizers are provided.
• Glass protection shield has been installed.
• Cash gets disinfected as well.
• Tables are placed every 2 meters.
• Cleaning and disinfecting tables and chairs after every use.
• Drinks only served in cans/ bottles except of coffees, juices and cocktails.
• Cutlery served with wrapper.

Apartments

• Kitchen equipment is covered.
• Fabric decoration elements were removed.
• No one is allowed entering the apartments after preparing them for arriving guests.
• It is forbidden as hotel guests, entering other guests’ room.
• Air conditioner were cleaned and disinfected before opening the hotel. They get disinfected as well after a departure.

Housekeeping

• Before checking in new guests, our apartments got aired, disinfected by hot steam and cleaned thoroughly by our housekeeping team with certified disinfectant.
• During a customer’s stay, Housekeeping-Service (cleaning, changing bed-linen and towels) is only allowed upon request at the reception and with no guests inside.
• Used bed-linen, towels and all the fabrics get washed over 90 degrees in an external laundry.
• Depending on the occupancy, departed rooms remains one day empty.
